Lodges
240 lodges are to be of varying styles to offer a range of sustainable accommodation. An initial phase, potentially being up to 10 show cabins will be constructed for marketing purposes. Mountain Bike Trails Entwined within the site will be a number of mountain bike trails, of varying grades to suit all ages and abilities. The trails on site will link into the four nearby by Welsh network mountain bike trails, the Penhydd trail, the Skyline trail, the Wall trail and White's level trail.

The spa and pool complex will provide a central facility for the 2nd phase of the lodge development. The building could include facilities such as; a pool, tennis courts, treatment rooms, gym, cafe and a creche.

129 Fairway Housing Plots Integrated within the 9 hole amenity golf course, individually designed luxury eco friendly homes will be offered, ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms with golf course views, set in their own grounds with landscaped gardens.
